Necessary cookies and storage

Sign-in cookies keep your account session secure. Temporary authentication storage supports sign-in and provider redirects. Chat uses session storage to keep a conversation connected within a browser tab. These features work regardless of your optional cookie choice.

When a gym owner edits Assistant Behavior, we also use session storage to save unpublished draft settings and their revision so changes can be recovered within the same browser tab. These drafts can contain gym configuration data. They are stored under assistant-playbook:* for the tab's session and are removed when no unpublished changes remain. Saving a browser draft does not publish those settings to the service.

The default account session lasts up to seven days and may renew with use. Temporary authentication cookies have shorter lifetimes. Chat session storage lasts for the tab's session. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or other requested features from working.

Optional analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics help us understand page visits and events such as account signup. They do not load before you select Accept all. Necessary only keeps both services off. We remove query strings and fragments from page URLs sent by our application to these services.

Google Analytics uses first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish visits and maintain session information. Google's default lifetime is two years and may refresh with use; provider settings or browser restrictions can shorten it. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies, but is included in the same optional choice.

Manage your choices

Your choice is saved in local storage under ironhaus.analytics.v1 for up to 180 days. This is a browser preference, not an analytics cookie. After expiry, we ask again on your next visit. You can change it at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.

Choosing Necessary only removes Google Analytics cookies accessible to this website and stops optional analytics without refreshing the page. Scripts already downloaded may remain in memory; the Google opt-out flag and Vercel event filter prevent further application tracking. This does not delete information already received by a provider. You can also clear cookies and local storage in your browser; this resets your preference and may sign you out.

If your browser blocks preference storage, optional analytics stays disabled on the current page and a notice explains how to clear any earlier saved choice.
