The website channel
Your website.
Your gym’s answers.
Give visitors a place to ask about joining, training, and getting started. The assistant uses your approved information, asks useful follow-up questions, and prepares enquiries for your staff.
Guided founding-gym pilot. Scope and pricing agreed before activation.
The conversation
Useful answers.
Clear boundaries.
When your gym has approved the answer
A visitor can ask about memberships, opening hours, classes, or services. The assistant uses the information you supplied, then asks focused questions about their needs when that helps your team follow up.
Set the assistant’s tone in Gym Profile settings. Your conversion playbook in Assistant Behavior settings controls the goal, qualification questions, required contact fields, and when to suggest the next step.
When the answer needs a person
The assistant should acknowledge missing information rather than invent prices, class availability, discounts, or guarantees. Staff handle questions that need judgment, including complaints and safety concerns.
An intro request is not a calendar reservation. Your team checks availability and confirms the session with the visitor.
You approve
the starting point.
These five essentials are required before automatic website replies can activate. Additional details, such as facilities and common questions, help the assistant give more useful answers.
Your published behavior settings guide the conversation. They do not override consent, factual accuracy, or the rule that staff confirm intro requests.
- Gym description
- Who you help, what your gym offers, and what makes an enquiry a good fit.
- Membership and pricing guidance
- Your approved options and how staff should handle pricing questions.
- Opening hours
- The hours visitors can rely on, including any exceptions you provide.
- Classes and services
- What is actually available, rather than an invented class or offer.
- Staff notification email
- The address your gym wants to receive new enquiry notifications.
Before it appears on your site
Installation is a checklist.
Activation is your decision.
A gym workspace with active access
An owner or admin manages the setup. Website replies require current access and are subject to the workspace’s message allowance.
Complete, explicitly activated gym information
All five essentials must be complete. Saving a draft is not activation.
An HTTPS website you can edit
You or your website administrator must be able to add the supplied script. Setup depends on your website platform and editing permissions.
Your exact website domains
Add every hostname where the assistant should appear. example.com and www.example.com are separate entries; wildcard domains are not supported.
The workspace’s snippet and an enabled widget
Copy your own installation snippet from Website Widget settings, add it to your site, and enable the widget. A copied snippet alone does not make the assistant live.
A script supplied by your workspace
Illustrative snippet only — replace this placeholder with the exact snippet in your settings.
<script async
src="https://widget.ironhausai.com/widget/v1.js"
data-widget-key="YOUR_WORKSPACE_WIDGET_KEY">
</script>Adding the script does not bypass domain, knowledge, enablement, or access checks.
Preview is a rehearsal
Owners and admins can test the assistant in the settings preview. Preview does not save customer conversations, create leads or intro requests, or send staff notifications.
Check the installed assistant on your actual approved website too. A successful preview does not prove the website is configured correctly.
A useful enquiry.
A human next step.
Before saving a lead, the assistant confirms the required contact details and asks for consent. A new saved enquiry can notify your staff by email, while the conversation remains available in the dashboard inbox.
Staff review website enquiries in the inbox and follow up through the agreed contact method. Website conversations do not currently support per-conversation AI pause or live staff replies in the widget; pause controls are Instagram-only. The assistant does not promise a confirmed booking.

What staff would have to work with
- Confirmed contact
- Sam · sam@example.com · Email follow-up requested
- Enquiry context
- Interested in beginner coaching; wants to build confidence before joining.
- Next-step request
- An introductory visit, preferably a weekday evening. Pending staff confirmation.
Staff check availability, contact Sam, and arrange the visit. No session has been booked by this example.
See whether the website pilot fits.
Tell us about your gym, your website, and the questions visitors ask. We discuss fit, pilot scope, pricing, and next steps before activation. Enquiring does not guarantee immediate access.
Website and Instagram are separate channels
New Instagram connections for unrelated gym owners are disabled while Meta verification and App Review are pending. The app is unpublished. Broader access requires approvals, publication, and a successful real DM test. The website pilot does not require Instagram.
