Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to create an owner account. You are responsible for your account credentials, authorized team members, and all activity performed through your workspace.

You may use the service only for a gym or fitness business that you own or are authorized to represent.

You authorize IronhausAI to access the Instagram or Meta assets you connect and to receive and send messages on your behalf. You are responsible for maintaining the required professional account, permissions, and compliance with Meta's terms. You can revoke access through Meta's business integration settings.

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. You must review your gym information, pricing, policies, and automation settings before relying on responses. IronhausAI is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice. You remain responsible for communications sent for your business.

You must have a lawful basis to collect and use customer information. You may not use the service for spam, harassment, discrimination, unlawful surveillance, or collection of unnecessary sensitive data. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Any fees, trial period, billing cycle, setup work, and included services will be shown at purchase or agreed in an order form. Unless that agreement says otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable. We will provide notice before introducing a charge to a free or pilot account.

We work to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Instagram, Meta, OpenAI, email, hosting, and database providers may experience outages or change their APIs. Features may be modified when necessary for security, compliance, or platform compatibility.

IronhausAI and its software, branding, and original content remain our property. You retain ownership of information you provide and grant us a limited right to process it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for unlawful activity, security risks, non-payment, platform-policy violations, or material breach of these terms. Data deletion requests can be sent to the address below and are handled under our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost revenue, missed leads, or third-party platform outages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
